Policies:

  • Send clear expectations for your sitter

  • ALL forms sent to you must be filled out before your 1st booking

  • If you will be late you MUST alert your sitter. Your sitter will then alert us.

  • If more that 15 minutes late (under 15 minutes with call excused)

    • Call- Charged for the hour and each additional

    • No Call- $30 late fee/charged for the hour and each additional

  • To schedule last-minute babysitting (Under 2-hours notice or for early morning) you must call to confirm

  • If you would like more time, ask your babysitter and then she will inform us and more time will be added to your booking. You will be charged immediately.

  • If additional children will be added, alert your sitter and then she will inform us and this will be added to your booking. You will be charged immediately.

  • If we will be watching children other than yours, the parents are REQUIRED to fill out a Guest Child Form. We also must be informed before hand.

  • If you are finished early, you may send your sitter home. Refunds are not given under 48 hours.

  • If you would like to reschedule a booking (under 48 prior), you must have the new date and time ready at that moment.

  • If transportation is allowed, you must ALWAYS provide proper carseats (Best Buds Babysitting does not forward face before 2 Years)

  • All fees must be paid before booking your next sitter

  • If your sitter is tardy or not in proper attire (best buds shirt) please let us know immediately.

  • If you have any concerns about your sitter or their work during your scheduled time, call us and let us know your concerns. We handle all concerns with importance and care.

  • All scheduled services are final (excluding emergencies)

  • Are your sitters CPR/First Aid Certified?

    • All of our sitters are trained by our staff and CPR/First Aid Certified

  • Is a background check done on all of your sitters?

    • A full background and reference check is done on all sitters

  • Do sitters come to my home or do I bring them somewhere?

    • Our sitters come to your home.

  • When is your service available?

    • 24/7

  • Where do you offer your services?

    • We are currently only in Texas and serve Houston, Galveston and Dallas.

  • Do we pay upon booking or pay when the babysitter is leaving?

    • You pay upon booking.

  • Am I required to give the sitter a tip?

    • You do not have to give the sitters tips. But, they are very appreciated by them

      and can be given directly to them upon their departure.

  • Where can I book a sitter?

    • You can book on our website, Facebook, or over the phone.


Cancelation:

  • To receive a refund, notice must be given 48 hours prior to the booking

  • To be eligible for a partial refund or partial credit, notice must be given by 24 hours prior to the booking

  • For notice under 24 hours, there will be no refunds or credits.

  • Emergencies are excluded but must be approved.
